We bridge the gap between AI technology and everyday work, equipping teams with the skills, workflows, and operating practices they need to bring tools like ChatGPT and Claude into their existing processes, without disrupting what already works.

The team
Sparkathon was founded by a team with a LUMS alumni background, combining engineering, operations, and teaching experience. We spend our time inside real workflows, working alongside the people doing the work, so that what we build is something teams keep using long after the engagement ends.
